Cuentas Premium Gratis

http://s2.directupload.net/images/070903/ScKSkYXV.jpg

Pistol Whipped

MADONNA MEET SEX PISTOLS

GO HOME PRODUCTIONS "PISTOL WHIPPED" (2004) Vinyl EP
Originally released in March 2004
1.
Ray Of Gob (2004 Radio Edit)
2.
Problems At The Gay Bar
3.

4.

1. Ray Of Gob (Original) 2003
2.
God Save Madonna
2003

Go Home Productions is London artist Mark Vidler. Pistol Whipped is a mash-up LP of Sex Pistols songs combined with other tracks.

Ray Of Gob (Radio Edit 2004) starts off with Ronnie Biggs welcoming Ahoy there from The Great Rock and Roll Swindle. Then Ed McMahon says Here's Johnny and the track starts. Sex Pistols Pretty Vacant combined with the vocals from Madonna Ray of Light. The track ends with excerpts from a TV interview. I can't figure who the person is.

Problems At The Gay Bar combines Sex Pistols Problems with The Electric Six Gay Bar. Even though I don't like Electric Six much, the combination works well. Go Home Productions leave in the original chorus to Problems, which adds to the track. The track closes out with someone saying

What is this? I've never heard any music like this in my life before, and if I ever have I [unintelligible]. Boy oh boy

Side 1 closes out with No Feelings 4 Cher, which is a combination of Sex Pistols No Feelings with Cher Believe. Cher sounds like a guy! The device she uses on her voice has become fairly popular, but I believe this is the first hit to have used it. Like the other tracks, this one works real well.

Side 2 starts with Ray Of Gob (Extended). A new intro is added

You don't write God Save the Queen because you hate the English ways, you write a song like that because you loved em, and you're fed up with them being mistreated.

and this time Madonna's Ray of Light is combined with God Save The Queen instead of Pretty Vacant. I like this version better than the other one, except that you have to edit out Johnny Rotten saying 'Alright, just stop the f**king spitting. I don't like being spat at' in the beginning after the opening quote.

The record closes out with Submusic, which combines Sex Pistols Submission with MadonnaMusic. Like the other tracks, it works very well. In fact, it might be my favorite track on the EP.

This EP has a nice sleeve, and blue and white steaked vinyl. Considering the high quality of this release and all the bad Pistols reissues cluttering store's shelves, I'd say that any Sex Pistols collector would be crazy to pass up buying this EP.

Mark Vidler says.
"I created 'Ray Of Gob' in Feb 2003 and still to this day get asked about it and the resulting 'Pistol Whipped' Vinyl EP.Guess I wouldn't be doing what I do now, if it wasn't for this piece of mayhem...video and full story below."

'Ray Of Gob' video - produced by Red (2003)
as seen on every 'mash' tv cable show since 2003-2007..

Ray Of Gob started life as 'Ray Of Jam' initially. I had a demo underway using Madonna's 'Ray Of Light' acapella with 'To Be Someone' by The Jam but when promted to get involved in a GYBO 'Punk' bootleg challenge, I tried the vocal with something more suitable. 20 minutes later, the Sex Pistols 'Pretty Vacant' took it's place.
The original track was completed on a wet Sunday afternoon in Feb 2003, a couple of hours before the GYBO deadline. By that time i'd discovered that the Pistols 'God Save The Queen' was in the same key, so that got used as well. The Grundy samples were an obvious inclusion and Rotten's 'Stop the fucking spitting' from the Trondheim gig seemed a good starter.
The track gained a hell of a lot of notoriety very quickly. It was picked up Eddy Temple-Morris / James Hyman / John Kennedy and Iain Baker at XFM Radio in the UK, who played it many times during that month.
Mark Moore, Siobhan Fahey began dropping it in their DJ sets, you couldn't escape it in clubland.
Media company Red produced a video for it and utilised their connection with Glen Matlock to feed it to the rest of the Pistols, Steve Jones being the most vociferous about it and pushing for an official release...
Pistol Whipped appeared a year later in March 2004 on the Half Inch Recordings label.
5 tracks in all. It included a mix that I put together at the request of Steve Jones and Cher as well as a new version of 'Ray Of Gob' alongside other bootleg mashes that I'd created using the Pistols.

4 years later and people are still discovering it for the first time..

Pop Punk's Not Dead

Y hoy cambiando un poco de rollo:

Dave Parasite
Presents: Pop Punk's Not Dead

A wide variety of pop-punk bands from all around the world including the United States, Germany, Japan, Australia, UK, Italy, and the Cayman Islands. These bands were assembled by Dave Parasite and feature some bands you may have heard before (Squirtgun, The Queers, and The Parasites) and some you may not have (The Spazzys, Janez Detd, and The Wimpy’s).

This compilation features great songs by the heavyweights of the disc (The Queers, Squirtgun, Parasites, River City High) and a slew of good up and coming acts (The Ergs!, The Unlovables, Mach Pelican) and would serve as a good starting point for those looking to get into the older style of pop-punk. This collection of energetic, hook-laden pop punk anthems is enjoyable and sure to spark a few sing-a-longs, Packed with 30 tracks. Even if you are only interested in a few songs, I recommend picking this up to check out some of the newer talent in the pop-punk world.

Lobo Negro (Pre-Rezurex)

LOBO NEGRO (Pre-REZUREX) #Los Angeles?, CA -USA#

Genre: Psychobilly

Extract from this interview:

Quote:
Did you found REZUREX?
This is how it came to be:
Me and my former singer, Marian Anderson, from my first punkrock band called, THE INSAINTS, decided to start a psychobilly band. That band was called, THE THRILLKILLERS.
The band formed in 2001. We did our very first show in September of 2001 with DEEP EYNDE (I played 2 times that night).
Not only it was our first show, but it was also our last. Marian died a month later.
DEEP EYNDE was on a west coast tour to Seattle, WA and when we returned, she was gone.
That was a hard time for me.
My double bass player, Rock''n Rick from THE HELLBILLYS ask if i would like to still play psychobilly. We needed a singer but could not replace Marian. That''s when I decided to sing and we changed the name to LOBO NEGRO.
LOBO NEGRO had to change the name of the band because another band had already legally owned the name. Now REZUREX is recognized in the psychobilly scene all over the world.

Eyaculacion Post-Mortem - Discography

EYACULACION POST-MORTEM
#Barcelona, Spain#

Genre: Afterpunk/Siniestro/Elektroskuro

user posted image

There are only a fistful of psychobilly bands in Spain, and OK, i can say with no doubt that Iberia Trash is the most original one of all of them. In January´ 98, after Los Motosierras split up, two of their members decided to start a new band. They were M. Psycho-Trash (guitars and lead vocals) and Alfonso Carlos López (drums, blues harp, lead and backing vocals). Alfonso Carlos also played before in the famous spanish Psychobilly-Garage band Departamento B. After listening to some musicians, they prefered being just a duo and to play wtih no bass (like early Cramps), and then, Iberia Trash was born. Their mainly influences are 50´s and 60´s R´N´R (Link Wray, Screamin´Jay Hawkins, Johnny Burnette, Sonics, Rivieras, Los Saicos, Elvis, Hasil Adkins...) and 80´s and 90´s Psychobilly and R´N´R bands ( Cramps, Meteors, Batfinks, Banane Metalik, Quakes, Godless Wicked Creeps, Tall Boys, SxTxH, Mad Sin, Ramones, Fireballs, Battle of Ninjamanz...). About of spanish bands, they like: Los Coyotes, Webelos, Desechables... They wrote some tracks and after a lot of rehearsals they got their own style, what they called Psychobilly-Trash, an energic Psychobilly with powerful guitars influenced by Surf music, B-movies, Horror and Gore films...and all the trash culture. Some of their favourite movies are: The Texas Chainsaw Massacre, Blue Velvet, Cannibal Holocaust, Darkness, Perdita Durango, Evil Dead, Plan 9 From Outer Space, The Night Of The Living Dead, Freaks...and many others. In Summer of 1988 they included one track in a compilation cd tribute to famous Spanish punk-pop band, Los Nikis.Iberia Trash played a cover of "Olaf El Vikingo" with elements of Godless Wicked Creeps "We Are Rockers". but the label, Brutus Discos, attributed this song to an inexistent combo named So Mill On The Bill. In 1999 Iberia Trash continued playing live and they appeared in the pages of a lot of zines from Spain and other countries. After resolving some problems, they had some stuff recorded and were looking for a label interested in their sound. Finally they signed with SG Records and in middle 2000 Iberia Trash released their first cd, appropiatly tittled "Mondo Psycho", where you can find a mighty and multifacious Psychobilly, with lyrics showing their love for the trash culture. They also included very original covers played in their own style. Now, Iberia Trash appeared in the international Psychobilly compilations "Revel Without A Cause" (Revel Yell Music) and "High Voltage Vol. 2&3" (Black Sky Records/Fiesta Germany). I´m sure you have never listened to any band like this one.Iberia Trash has an own sound, now you can prove it in Mondo Psycho. Alfonso Romero (MOON STOMPER zine) IBERIA TRASH also Like: Paul Naschy, Vampira, Elvira, Betty Page, Chiqui Martí, Bela Lugosi, Lon Chaney, Tor Johnson, X Files, Uschi Digart, Lorna Maitland, Babette Bardot, The Simpson, Boris Karloff, Tales From The Crypt, Stephen King, Edgar Allan Poe, The Munsters, The Addam´s Family, Vincent Price, Christopher Lee, Peter Cushing, Elmer Batters, Anne Rice,Gothic Art... Ennio Morricone is one of the most identifiable names in the film industry. He has created countless scores for films. Even though a small portion of his work is specifically for the famous Spaghetti Western films, it remains some of the most popular music in the chronicles of recorded music. Nowhere has it been more treasured and emulated than in the surf-instrumental community. The twangy piercing guitar lines found in this music are what the ancestor’s of the genre used to separate their music from the pack.

This outstanding tribute titled For A Few Guitars More - A Tribute to Morricone's Spaghetti Western Themes is a testament to the love and admiration each artist that contributes to this compilation holds for Morricone’s accomplishments. Croatia, home of the The Bambi Molesters, (they cover “A Gun For Ringo”) and also the Dancing Bear label, which now serves as a distributor for established labels here in the states, provides access to music that was once elusive to the formerly oppressed country. Distributing a compilation such as this is huge for the country and indie music as a whole.

To start things off with bang this CD kicks off with The Penetrators injecting powerful surges of surf and reverb into “Guns Don’t Argue.” I have to be perfectly honest, every one of the 17 tracks on this compilation rocks with reverb and western twang. The images of cowboys riding their horses in a dusty hot burning dessert sun with Morricone’s music blaring in the background, setting the stage for the next climatic scene, is the purpose and essence of this tribute. Each band does a fine job in projecting that imagery through their music.

How could you possibly miss the mark with bands that call themselves The Hellbenders, Three Balls Of Fire and The Irreversible Slacks? Then there is Davie Allan’s rave up to the “The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly,” a real smoker called “The Loud, The Loose, And The Savage.” It is a sonic blast into a future western world and a special tribute to the man of the hour. The track is a fistful of venom permeated with the old and the new, making for a deadly rattlesnake’s bite. Allan and his Arrows close the curtain on this sunrise admirably, and along the way kick up plenty of dust with a real classic rockin’ instrumental that will have them talking from shore to shore for quite some time.

No duds allowed on this awesome tribute to one of the world’s most prolific masters of film scores. Believe me, you will not find one dinger on this CD. These guitars do not argue.

The Last Halloween

THE LAST HALLOWEEN
The Death Of Michael Myers

http://i55.photobucket.com/albums/g130/blinky5000/Halloween22.jpg

A WORD FROM CHRIS R. NOTARILE

This movie is officially my last horror fan film. I made this film for several reasons. The first being that since 1998, I had been campaigning to redirect Halloween. And in 2005 I got pretty close. But as luck would have it, a series of very unfortunate events happened and the powers that be took away my dream project. Eventually, the Weistiens bought out the rights to Halloween and tossed it in the lap of Rob Zombie and well, the rest is history. But my story on the other wasn't over. I was rooting for Rob's Halloween in the beginning, but I still don't think it's going to be a movie that I'm going to like. I feel in general that the Halloween franchise is dead and this wave of remakes isn't the brightest idea Hollywood has come out with. So in any case, I figured if I couldn't be a part of the rebirth of the Halloween franchise, I was going to put the final nail in the coffin of the old one and kill Michael Myers.

Now granted, my film is only considered a fan film and has no relevance to the actual series, but I do believe it will resinate with the fans in the Halloween community. Looking back on my previous Halloween fan films, they still to this day are widely popular and have without a doubt spawned a plethora of other Halloween VS fan film related projects. I honestly think I had a hand in all that some how. Prior to my film, The Nightmare Ends on Halloween, in 2004, there were only a handful of Halloween/horror related fan films out there. But since then, there are now countless films, and VS films.

So anyhoo, keeping all that in mind, not being able to be part of the remake etc, I felt after 3 years I should take one more "stab" at Halloween. My equipment is much more advanced, my skills are more refined and in general, I'm a much better filmmaker now than I was when I started. On a side note, the actor doing the voice over in my film is Tom Kane. You may remember Tom's performance as the Dr.Loomis voice over at the beginning of Halloween H20. I feel that because I got him, my film now has more credibility to it than if persay, I did the voice over myself. I think that even though it still is and probably will always be considered a fan film, the fact that I got such a professional voice actor who was already associated with the franchise, definitely makes my film stand apart from the rest. And that's really cool.

THE LAST HALLOWEEN

After a lifetime dedicated to the extermination of his own bloodline, now at age 60, Michael Myers finally meets his maker. Killed from within, by the very evil that made him who he was, this is Michael's final hour. The last Halloween. The death of Michael Myers.
