It all started in 2002 in Paris, when Revlon a guitar player in love with Scandinavian rock n roll and US glam decided to form the 1st sleazy punk band in France. It took nearly a year of searching in Parisian streets and shabby strip clubs to find the right people who would be Tracy Gang Pussy. They soon record 2 demos and started touring in bars and small clubs of the capital (the band even opened for Skid Row in Paris).
So it's in 2004 that "born to lose live to win", the first album came out...a self-produced cd made with lots of sweat and booze, 11 tracks of glam punk'n roll that may remind you of Backyard Babies or the Hellacopters with a 1-2-3-4 Ramones touch... Just 2 months after the release of the album the Pussies are contacted and signed to a contract for a new album with Apokalypse Records. The new LP "Black" was recorded "live" in 4 days @ Sainte Marthe Studio, Paris by F.Caste. The band finally found their sound, energic, raw and tough punk with a dark touch that gives a devastating rage to news songs !
Supported by Rocksound Magazine, Rock One (the most selling Rock Mag in France), or even Myspace (TGP headlined the first Myspace festival in Europe @ La Boule Noire, Paris), the band started the "Black Tour" January 2006, and have played all around France, Germany, UK, Belgium, Italy, Romania, Switzerland and Netherlands with bands like Psychopunch, the Black Halos, The Exploited and Bombshell Rocks.
Revlon & Regan had now sign for an endorsement with the best of guitars legend : GIBSON!
The next tour "It's a long way to the top" will begin in october and will bring the band on the road of France, Switzerland & Germany.
The pussies will be back in studio in January 2007 to record their third album for a new label... TRACY GANG PUSSY sign a new deal with the label ACTIVE ENTERTAINMENT. A new line in the TGP story, "Paris Sucks" a new album has been recorded in Vertical Studio,near Paris and the members left for Sunlight Studio,Sweden to work and mix the album with the famous Tomas Skogsberg. Master the tapes at The Cosmos Studio, Stockholm. With those 13 new tracks more energic and darker than before the band is now ready to go back on the road.
The cd will be launched by Active entertainment/Pias distribution on April, 10th 2007 and the "Can't Stop That Rock'n'roll Tour" will begin in March all around Europe!

This is almost to good to be true! First we don’t hear a thing out of ‘La Douce France’ that’s worth a second listen and now, in the slipstream of ‘The Sparkling Bombs’ comes a band from Paris no less and their name is ‘Tracy Gang Pussy’.
Hell yeah! Talk about putting a country on the map with a nailbomb-blast. This Parisian foursome rocks hard and with a vengeance, totally in the vein of those Sunset Strip glamsters from back in the day. Think “Dead Boys In Trash City” from Alleycat Scratch and you will get the picture, I guess. Genuine dirty, nasty & low slung glam rock straight from the Parisian gutter.
And to underline their quality the openings song from this 5-track EP is featured on the latest edition (the third, by the way) of “Hollywood Hairspray” from the mighty Perris Records. FYI, don’t think the party’s over when the last track has come to an end. For those with a bit more patience than the average human being, there’s some more ear-candy coming after “Get out Of My Bed” up in the shape of a hidden track
