Happy St. Patrick's Day!

I hope you have a very happy St. Patrick's Day with lots of good luck. To celebrate the holiday, I went on an internet tour and found these beautiful serene pictures of Ireland. I thought you would like to see them too. They were all taken by Pamela B on Flickr. The notes are from her page too where you will find more wonderful photos of Ireland.

Glenarm Castle - In the Forest Country Park, Glenarm, Northern Ireland.

The Long Road Home - Taken in Glenarm Country Park, it is a nature reserve once part of the demesne of Glenarm Castle. Now for public use maintained by the Ulster Wildlife Trust. Glenarm is the 1st of the nine Glens of Antrim, Northern Ireland.

Tulips - In the gardens of Glenarm Castle, Northern Ireland.

Enjoying the Winter Sun - In gardens of "Mountstewart" a stately home set on the shores of Strangford Lough, County Down, Northern Ireland.

Irish Cottage - Another shot from the Ulster Folk Museum, Cultra, Holywood, County Down, Northern Ireland.

Odd One Out - Taken across from Slemish mountain which that day was covered in mist. County Antrim, Northern Ireland.

Forgotten - This is the same house as in Pamela B's "Forgotten 1" on her photo stream. Only this shot was taken about one year later and later also in the year when all the yellow flowers had gone. As you can see it changes the photograph completely, Cranny Falls, Carnlough, County Antrim, Northern Ireland.

Tranquil - Taken in the gardens of Mountsewart a stately home in County Down, Northern Ireland

Shutterbug© says: "Pamela's photostream is hidden gem in flickr. It's full of amazing delights esp with her amazing scenery of Northern Ireland, her ability to capture the images full of deep rich warm colours, the force of flowing waters and the simplicity and joy of what's around us, on our own front door steps, that we either didn't know about or took for granted. A photostream that you will visit over and over again.. and never be disappointed."
